To provide a practicing device for heading or the like which enables one or a plurality of persons to practice heading and kicking for saccer in safety along with a simple setting of the height position of balls while facilitating its movement to be set at a desired position.

The device comprises a base table 2, a pole 3 standing on the base table 2, an arm support plate 4 fastened at the upper end part of the pole 3, an arm 5 vertically rockable provided on the arm support plate 4, a link wire 6 for linking the pole 3 to the rear part of the arm 5, a stopper 7 which is provided on the arm 5 or the arm support plate 4 to block the declination of the front side of the arm 5, a ball suspesion string 9a having a ball 9 at its tip part, a guide 8 and a latch member 10 for latching the rear end part of the ball suspension string 9a at which the ball 9 hangs through the guide 8 at the tip part of the arm 5.
