Abstract:
To provide a pre-collision controller which can appropriately execute pre-collision control.SOLUTION: A pre-collision controller (driving support device) comprises a driving support ECU. The driving support ECU calculates a white line offset amount D1, and sets a position of a compartment line obtained by shifting the position by the white line offset amount in a direction along a width direction y of an own vehicle SV, and a direction leaving from the own vehicle as a determination boundary line DL. The driving support ECU executes pre-collision control when an object (oncoming vehicle OV) exceeds the determination boundary line, and when there is a possibility that the object collides with the own vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
