Abstract:
To provide a pre-filled syringe, improved in liquid tightness and air tightness in a cylinder of a product further sucking liquid in use and safely achieving administration of drug after mixing medical solution.
This pre-filled syringe is composed of a plunger inserted between a void part in the cylinder holding medical solution or drug (basic drug) and the inside of the cylinder so as to be freely reciprocated. The syringe is provided with a means introduced for securing the virgin property from the outside of the cylinder in the cylinder inner wall surface and interior corresponding to the increased void part in increasing the void part in the cylinder due to suction of replenishment liquid from the basic drug holding state.
