Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate complication in restoration by arranging a fire alarm of a self holding type to restore the fire alarm automatically when no pressure drop signal is received as generated with the operation of a sprinkler head within a specified time after a fire is determined receiving a fire signal from the alarm.
CONSTITUTION: A pressure water is filled up to a pre-operation valve (a preoperation type water flow detector) 60 while a branch pipe 80 is filled with a pressure air up to a sprinkler head 81 from the pre-operation valve 60. A pre-operation valve 60 is opened based on a fire signal from a fire alarm 86 and a pressure drop signal from a pressure switch 101 which detects a pressure drop in the branch pipe 80 caused by the operation of each of the sprinkler head 81. Here, the fire alarm 86 is of a self holding type. A pre-operation valve control panel 87 performs a control by a control means 140 to restore the fire alarm 86 automatically when no pressure drop signal is received within a specified time set with a timer after a fire is determined receiving the fire signal.
