PURPOSE: To decrease the process variable of a post-processing unit substantially without lowering te precision of analysis, by providing a circuit which gates pulse data, a circuit which smoothes, integrates and stores the pulse data, and a circuit which integrates and stores the pulse data.
CONSTITUTION: Received digital data 4 is supplied to a pulse data gate 6. The gate 6 is placed under filter control of pulse data to be passed by a register 5 for data gate control data which stores SC1 data from a post-processing unit. A pulse data smoothing and integrating circuit 7 smoothes and integrates the passed pulse data, and the result is stored in an integrated data storage memory 8. The result of the memory 8 is outputted as various factor data to the post-processing unit. Consequently, the need to smooth and integrate the data is eliminated in the post processing.
