Title:
PRE-STRESS INTRODUCING JIG BY PRE-TENSION SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2019181704
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To shorten the fixation length L by using small-sized jigs that can be fixed even if a large-sized tension device is not used when pre-stressed concrete members are manufactured by pre-tension system.SOLUTION: The pre-stress introducing jig 10 is a steel pre-stress introducing jig which enhances the fixing performance of PC steel 400 in order to efficiently introduce compressive force into concrete when pre-stress is introduced by pre-tension system at the time when pre-stressed concrete members are manufactured and includes as main components a sleeve 100, a wedge 200 and a cap 300 which are assembled along the axial direction (longitudinal direction) of the PC steel 400. The sleeve 100 includes a male screw part 122 on the cap side of the outer cylinder surface 120. The cap 300 includes a female screw part 312 screwed on the male screw part 122 and includes an abutting surface 314 abutting on the wedge 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
