Abstract:

To provide a preauthentication service system by a portable terminal capable of omitting input work in an ATM by previously executing the input work by the portable terminal when a user moves cash.

The portable terminal 2 transmits a moving (drawing-out, and transferring) amount, user authenticating information, and user information on a cash moving destination (a cash drawer, and a transferee) to a bank center 1. The bank center authenticates that the user information is right, and issues a token (data for proving cash moving processing). The portable receives and stores the token. The user presents the token to the ATM 3. The ATM verifies the presented token, and executes the cash moving processing on the basis of the moving amount and the cash moving destination included in the token.
