Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast PC member constituted so as to be capable of introducing prestress into the precast PC member and another member, a manufacturing method therefor, and a joining method.
SOLUTION: The intermediate part of a PC steel material is embedded in the cross section of the precast PC member 3 and the end of the PC steel material is fixed to the main body of the precast PC member 3 to impart prestress to the precast PC member 3. In this precast PC member 3, the preliminarily strained hollow steel rod 1 of a prestress introducing device 4 used for both of joining and concrete is embedded and arranged in the cross section of one end or both end parts of the precast PC member 3 on the leading end side thereof separately from a PC member. Prestress force is held to the hollow steel rod 1, and the base end of the device 4 is arranged so as to extend outwardly from the member end of the precast PC member 3 to constitute a joined part wherein the prestress force of the hollow PC steel rod 1 is held by the part 10 thereof.
