The combustion mechanism A comprises a fuel source 12, a burner unit 13 connected to the fuel source 12, and a feed unit 14 for feeding the fuel from the fuel source 12 to the burner unit 13. A rotating and mixing mechanism for rotating and mixing the precious metal scraps in the pre-treatment furnace 11 is provided, and the rotating and mixing mechanism comprises a rotating mechanism and a mixing mechanism.
