Abstract:
To provide a precipitation mixing apparatus suitable for separating and recovering valuable metal powder from a resist waste liquid.SOLUTION: Provided is a precipitation mixing apparatus, including a precipitation tank and a mixing tank partitioned by a partition wall. The precipitation tank includes a first precipitation section and a second precipitation section partitioned by a flow path plate, and the first precipitation section and the second precipitation section are connected via a gap provided between a lower end portion of the flow path plate and a bottom surface of the precipitation tank. The mixing tank and the second precipitation section are connected via an opening provided in the partition wall. A liquid supply port is provided in the first precipitation section. A liquid discharge port is provided in the mixing tank. A blocking plate is provided between the flow path plate and the partition wall in the second precipitation section. A lower end portion of the blocking plate is installed so as to be lower than an upper end portion of the partition wall, and an upper end portion of the blocking plate is installed so as to be higher than an upper end portion of the partition wall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
