To improve the quality of a thin product 1 by sufficiently suppressing the occurrence of defects such as shrinkage cavities in the surface of the thin product 1.
A precise casting method comprises: a heating step where a ceramic mold 3 and a ceramic core 5 are heated; a pouring/solidifying step where, after the completion of the heating step, a molten metal M is poured into the ceramic mold 3 and solidified; and an exposure step where, after the completion of the pouring/solidifying step, the ceramic mold 3 and the ceramic core 5 are lost to thereby expose the outer surface and the inner surface of the thin product 1. In a meanwhile where the molten metal M is solidified in the pouring/solidifying step, in a state in which a cooling pipe 13 is inserted into a local space S on which radiant heat from the outer surface of the ceramic mold 3 concentrates, a cooling fluid is made to flow through the cooling pipe 13, thus the ceramic mold 3 is subjected to radiation cooling.
