Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable a printed-circuit board to be positioned accurately by regulating a freedom in forward and backward directions and left and right directions of the printed-circuit board by one positioning pin and then regulating a freedom in a rotary direction of the printed- circuit board by the other positioning pin with a time difference for allowing a test pin contact a test land.

CONSTITUTION: In an inspection tool where a pin base with a test pin for inspecting a printed- circuit board is provided so that it can move up and down freely, a positioning pin 2 is provided at a pin base 1 and an insertion portion 3 is provided at a tip of the positioning pin 2. The insertion portion 3 can be freely fitted to a guide hole 7 of a printed-circuit board 5, a positioning portion 4 which is provided at a lower portion of the insertion portion 3 is formed in taper shape, and the guide hole 7 is held at the positioning portion 4. Freedom in directions of front, back, left, right, and rotation is controlled, a centripetence of the guide hole 7 which is provided at the printed-circuit board is increased for controlling a deviation in the above three free directions and an accurate positioning is performed and at the same time the printed-circuit board 5 can be held at a stable position freely, thus enabling a test pin 6 to contact the test land of the printed-circuit board 5 positively and accurately.
