PURPOSE: To perform proper vibration absorption, by a method wherein a signal processing part in juxtaposition with which a filter is located so that processing is made on an output in a specified frequency region out of outputs from a sensor and a plurality of signal processing parts are situated in parallel.
CONSTITUTION: Vibration detected by a speed sensor 6 is selected by a filter, and one, responding to frequency, of signal processing parts D1WD4 in juxtaposition with which a filter is placed is actuated to effect processing on the vibration. Vibration inputted to the processing part D1 and D2 is amplified so that sensitivity of the sensor 6 is increases, the phase of vibration inputted to the processing part D3 is regulated, and signal processing is properly applied on vibration inputted to the processing part D4. Outputs from the processing parts D1WD4 are further amplified by means of a wide band amplifier G, and a gain is specified. The obtained gain is further inputted to an actuator control part 32-1 and is forced into a reverse phase state, an actuator 7 for a linear motor is driven, and a vibration absorbing bed 1 is supported to perform vibration absorption. Vibration in a region where vibration frequency is very high actuates a processing part D5 to drive a brake 9.
