Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a precoat type sealing adhesive excellent in heat cycling resistance, vibration resistance and bonding strength by dispersing specified rubber particles in a precoat type sealing adhesive.
CONSTITUTION: This precoat type sealing adhesive desirably prepared by microencapsulating a reactive adhesive (e.g. a mixture of an adhesive e.g. a mixture of Epikote 828, a product of Yuka-Shell K.K., with an aromatic diamine as a curing agent), which adhesive contains desirably 1-60 pts.wt., per 100 pts.wt. reactive adhesive, dispersed cross-linked rubber particles of a mean particle diameter of 3μm or below (e.g. cross-linked carboxylic NBR rubber particles), is provided.
