Abstract:
PURPOSE:To execute the prediction of a variation of a process value in the future with high accuracy by considering a variation of the process quantity of the present time and a variation of a manipulated variable in a prescribed time before the present time. CONSTITUTION:A microprocessor 3 reads out a manipulated variable (MVi) in a prescribed time before the present time stored in a memory 4, and a manipu lated variable (MVi+n) in the time further before this prescribed time from registers Ri, Ri+(n). Subsequently, their difference (MVi-MVi+n) is operated, a variation DPVO of a process value PVO at the present time is operated, and also, a variation DPVp of a process value PVp after a prescribed time is operated in accordance with an expression I. In this regard, in the expression I, B denotes a constant derived experientially. In such a way, even against such a case as the manipulated variable is changed suddenly and comparatively simply, a prediction of the process quantity in the future can be executed exact ly.
