Abstract:
To predict visibility status of a celestial object in space from each region on the ground, and support a series of ceremonial occasions using space including the celestial object.SOLUTION: A ceremonial occasion event management server 14 manages an anniversary such as date of death of a registered late-person, and specifies relatives or related persons (a bereaved etc.) of the late-person when notification time comes. The server predicts a position of a moon in each area where the relative or the related persons are scattered on the basis of information from a celestial body observation information agency 18 (first prediction). Based on information from a meteorological information agency 16, the server predicts a state of clouds in each area where the relatives or the related persons are scattered (second prediction). The server predicts whether or not the moon can be seen with a bare eye in each area (third prediction). The server remotely launches an application (any content) of communication terminals 20 such as smartphones managed by the relatives or the related persons, and reports (provides) information on the anniversary of the late-person in an interactive manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
