PURPOSE: To uniformly and quickly heat a printed board by connecting a gas exhaust hole in a hood and an inhalating hole in a hot blast infrared heater with a duct.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of conducting electric current to an electric heater 8, temp. of the electric heater 8, itself is raised to heat a rectifying plate 7 and a porous plate 6. At the time of rotating a cross fan 9 under this condition, gas is flowed in a box body 5 and heated with the rectifying plate 7 and the porous plate 6 and dispersed as the hot blast with the rectifying plate 7 and uniformly injected from the porous plate 6. Further, at the time of heating the porous plate, far infrared radiation is emitted from a ceramic on the surface. This hot blast and the far infrared radiation heat the printed board from lower part, but the hot blast is stayed at between the infrared heater 2 and the hood 3, because the hood 3 is set at upper part of the infrared heater 2, and the printed board is heated from surroundings. The hot blast in a hood 3 comes out from the gas exhaust hole 15 in the hood 5 and introduces to the duct 4 and comes in the inhalating hole 10 in the infrared heater 2 and is again heated.
