A reheating device is provided with cyclones 20-24 being horizontally arranged, a plurality of connection ducts 25-28 that extend from the top part of each cyclone by required length downward and at the same time are folded back via a lower bent part 33 upward for connecting to the side part of a next cyclone, heat sources (a rotary kiln 29 and a calculation furnace 30) that supply a high-temperature gas 9x to a first cyclone 20, an exhauster 32 that extracts the high-temperature gas 9x from the top part of the last cyclone 24, a raw material inlet chute 37 that is added to a gas increase part 34 of the connection duct 28, and a raw material dump chute 35 that allows a raw material (a cement raw material 4) to slide down from the lower end part of each cyclone for leading to a gas rise part 34 of the connection duct for allowing the high-temperature gas 9x into flow into the previous cyclone.
