Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce carbon for heat-compensation and shorten the refining period of time.
CONSTITUTION: In a burner system 4, combustion air supply and combustion gas exhaust are carried out through a heat accumulating element, so that combustion air having high-temperatures close to that of combustion gas is supplied to burners 5 and 6 to perform combustion. Scrap W is put in a substantially- closed space 2 equipped with the burner system 4. Combustion gas 17 generated is blown to the scrap W to preheat the scrap W and discharged through the heat accumulating element. The closed space 2 is formed by covering a bucket shoot 1 which accommodates the scrap W with a cover 3 equipped with the burner system 4.
