Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide premix polyol capable of sufficiently filling rigid polyurethane foam by a small injection amount in a box having a narrow and complicated shape, and to provide a refrigerator having the rigid polyurethane foam sufficiently filled in the box and a high electric power saving effect.SOLUTION: A premix polyol for manufacturing rigid polyurethane foam is used, which contains polyol, a catalyst, water, cyclopentane and a foam stabilizer, where the catalyst contains a heat-sensitive catalyst activated at a specific temperature or more, and a composition is adjusted so that (gel time/cream time) is 3.0 to 4.0 and (tack free time/cream time) is 4.0 to 5.0 when blending 1 of the premix polyol containing polyol, the catalyst, water, cyclopentane and the foam stabilizer and 1.1 of polyisocyanate.
