Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a premixed fuel ejection device for low NOx discharge and high-load combustion, which can enhance the stability of flames to the maximum, supply a premixed combustion capable of controlling nitrogen oxides (NOx) at high flow rate (high speed) and remarkably reduce the generation of nitrogen oxides (NOx).
SOLUTION: In this premixed fuel ejector, as the arrangement of a plurality of nozzles of the whole flame ejector for preventing blow-off of flame in a premixing condition for development of a burner for reducing pollution, nozzles n1, n2, n3, n4 and n5 of the flame ejetors of the plurality of nozzles are arranged so that a center nozzle is provided in the center part, and the distance of the center nozzle to the shortest external nozzles surrounding the center nozzle is 15 to 25 times the diameter of the plurality of nozzles. According to this, the flame can be stabilized.
