Abstract:
To improve hydrolysis resistance of polyester polyol with low hydrolysis resistance, and to provide a premixed solution for manufacturing polyurethane resin for manufacturing polyurethane resin excellent in flame retardancy.SOLUTION: There is provided a premixed solution for manufacturing polyurethane resin including a polyol, a catalyst, and a foaming agent, in which at least part of the polyol is a polyester polyol obtained by using fumaric acid and/or maleic acid as raw materials, and an amine compound of the catalyst is neutralized by a carboxylic acid to convert a salt, and at least part of the foaming agent is water.SELECTED DRAWING: None
