Title:
PREMIXING TYPE BURNER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3863608
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce harmful wastes while stabilizing a counterflow zone by arranging a lance-like feeder and at least one fuel nozzle extending symmetrically along the center axis of the feeder while being located at the downstream side end part of the lance-like feeder.
SOLUTION: A lance-like feeder 1 being extended to the downstream side with the tip part formed by semi-conical part bodies 12 and 13 as base point is arranged symmetrically with respect to the center axis 10 of a premixing type burner 11. The lance-like feeder 1 is provided with a lance pipe 2 and a fuel conduit 3 therein. A fuel is supplied to a fuel nozzle 8 located at the downstream side end part of the fuel conduit 3 through an internal fuel supply path 4. As a result, a specified reverse-flow zone 21 is developed at an outlet 20 of the burner in a combustion chamber formed by a combustion chamber wall 19 and a fire is caught at the tip of the reverse-flow zone. The axial position of the reverse-flow zone 21 is determined by the axial position of the downstream side end part of the lance-like feeder 1. This blocks the axial movement of the reverse-flow zone, ultimately pulsation.
