Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the resonance noise and flashback by a construction wherein control plates are fixed on a burner element with a certain from flame hole parts and combustion chamber walls.
CONSTITUTION: The control plates 41 are fixed on the burner element 1 with the distances of size indicated by h from the flame hole parts 4 and of size indicated by d from the combustion chamber walls 15. According to the construction described above, the velocity of premixed gas jetting from a premixing gas passage 17 into the flame hole parts 4 can be so controlled that, even in the case of gas having high burning velocity, the velocity of premixed gas jetting from flame holes can be enough increased to prevent the resonance noise and flashback.
