To provide a prepaid mobile communication system for easily setting connection start and extension of a connection time at an inexpensive facility cost while using convenience of a prepaid system.

The prepaid mobile communication system has mobile communication equipment 1; a telephone exchange machine 6 for mutually communicably connecting the mobile communication equipment, and two pieces of counterpart communication equipment 9 and 10 to one another through public line networks 4 and 8; and a connection management server 7 for controlling connection of the telephone exchange machine on the basis of prepaid related information, by storing the prepaid related information including at least an ID number, a password and a connection possibility time. The prepaid mobile communication system transfers a product code stuck to a product from a store terminal 2 to a sale information management computer 3, further to a communication management enterpriser host computer 5, specifies the prepaid related information corresponding to the product code with the host computer, and transmits/sets the prepaid related information to and in the connection management server 7.
