Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable to supply a useful drug into a body without limitation in the usage by the subject preparation with a means to protect the drug while staying in the preparation, a means to transfer the useful drug from the preparation to the outside, and a communication means between the outside and the inner chamber of the preparation. CONSTITUTION: A main body 11 of the preparation for medication 10 comprises a wall part 12 surrounding an inner chamber. The preparation for medication 10 has at least one path 13 to supply useful drug components from the preparation 10 into a living body. The preparation for medication 10 has a dome-shaped end 8 to simplify medication of preparation into a host animal, and its front end 9 is also formed dome-shaped. At least one part of the wall part 12 is made of semipermeable wall forming components. A first component contains a useful drug 15 and a bio-compatible carrier 16, and a second component contains an expansible driving agents 17. An inner chamber 14 has a protecting means 19 to protect the useful drug 15 which is sensitive to the fluid existing in the environment where the drug is applied in a living body.
