PURPOSE: To obtain an assistant solution, obtained by incorporating a leachate of a young root of excellent rice plant with Japanese swertia, red pepper tincture, and decoction of a mesothelial part, and capable of preventing the depilation of hair and promoting the hair production.

CONSTITUTION: When seedlings of excellent rice plant are transplanted and grown to about 50cm plant length, young roots are collected, and only the root parts are washed with water and dried in the shade for 3 days. 300g semi-dried roots is then dipped in 40l solution of 60% alcohol and 40% water for 50W70 days and filtered to give the first solution. 1.5kg powdered Japanese swertia is added to 40l solution of 60% alcohol and 40% water, dipped for 20W40 days and then filtered to give the second solution. The first and the second solutions are mixed in equal amounts, and 400W500cc red pepper tincture is incorporated with 80l resultant solution, and the mesothelial part of mulberry roots are decocted in water for 4W10 days, and the resultant decoction is cooled and filtered to give a filtrate, which is then added to the above-mentioned solution, and an adequate perfume is added to afford the aimed assistant solution for hair production.
