PURPOSE: To obtain a readily drinkable Chinese herbal remedial tea with little irritant tastes, by incorporating green tea with a Chinese herbal remedy.

CONSTITUTION: Suitable cut leaves of Chinese matrimony vine, persimmon, Houttuynia, geranium (cranesbill), Hydrangea, etc. are dried in the sun or by heating, and the resultant dried cut leaves are mixed with 50W70% green tea, 10% roasted adlay and 10% senna tea to give the aimed Chinese herbal remedial tea. The mixture of the green tea with the medicinal herb mildens the volatile components and the odor unique to the medicinal herb, reduces the irritant tastes and facilitates the drinking thereof.
