Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain cyclic amines and these salts expressed by a specific formula with a good yield without producing isomers as by-product, by electrolytically reducing the compound expressed by a specific formula. CONSTITUTION:Compound expressed by the formula [II], is novel substance and R<1> is hydrogen or lower alkyl radical, R<2> is lower alkoxy or hydroxyl radical, Z is anion radical. Said compound is prepared by reacting known (R<2>)n- C6H4-CH2-CH2-NH2 with formic acid or formamide and next, reacting with oxyphosphorous chloride and moreover, reacting with R<1>Z. Cyclic amine and its salts shown by the formula [II], are obtained by electrolytically reducing by the usual method. R<1>, R<2> are the same radicals with that of the formula [I] and R<3> is lower alkyl radical in the formula [II]. On this occasion, compound shown by the formula [III] can be existed. R<3> is the same radical with that of the formula [II], X is halogen radical etc. and R<4> is lower alkyl radical or aryl radical in the formula [III].
