PURPOSE: To provide a method for preparation of a developing agent for electrostatic latent image, in which a specific resin is dissolved in dispersion of a high molecular compound having electron donor type functional groups to produce a handy, wet system developing agent containing negatively charged fine toner exhibiting stable characteristics, for which color tone can freely be selected.
