PURPOSE: To reduce the man-hour, by forming an electrode part for recording by exposing a part of a metal paste to other single surface through a piercing hole and etching a conductive layer in a predetermined pattern to form a lead electrode part.

CONSTITUTION: After a plate-shaped insulating material 10 capable of being etched is exposed through a mask having an arrangement pattern formed thereto, said insulating material 10 is etched to form a plurality of piercing holes 11. A metal paste is applied to one surface of the insulating material 10 to form a conductive layer 12 and a part of the metal paste is exposed to the other surface of the insulating material 10 through each piercing hole 11 so as to be flushed with said surface or slightly protruded to form a recording electrode 13. Next, the metal paste is cured by heat-treatment and a photoresist layer is applied to the conductive layer 12 and exposed through a mask having a predetermined pattern formed thereto. After development, the conductive layer 12 is etched to form a lead electrode 14.
