PURPOSE: To obtain the titled film having emboss feeling and an effect of its own in high efficiency, by molding a PVC resin blended with a fatty acid amide and a metallic soap into a transparent film, followed by heating it partially by warm water, etc.

CONSTITUTION: 100pts.wt. PVC resin is blended with 0.2W1.5pts.wt. one or more of a fatty acid amide (e.g., stearamide, etc.), metallic soap (e.g., calcium stearate, etc.), wax, and finely divided inorganic powder (e.g., finely divided silica particles) and a given amount of an organotin stabilizer to give a composition, which is first molded into a transparent film. The film is partially heated by warm water or steam at ≥80°C, so that the heated parts are whitened. The amount of a plasticizer, e.g., DOP, etc. is preferably ≤15pts.wt. based on PVC resin.

EFFECT: The addition of dye, etc. to a raw material film provides a colored film.
