Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flavano-lignan preparation capable of guaranteeing sufficient usability for organisms and absorption ratio through the body of an individual. SOLUTION: An alcoholic aqueous solution of a pharmacological carrier and a wetting agent is obtained. Flavano-lignan is suspended or heated to a boiling temperature. Otherwise flavano-lignan and the wetting agent are suspended in an alcohol and heated with stirring until a clear solution is formed and the prepared suspension is mixed with an aqueous solution of the pharmacological carrier. The obtained mixture is heated with stirring until a clear solution is formed. Successively the obtained clear solution is concentrated, filtered and a formed coprecipitate is dried under vacuum. The medicine is not observed to have harmful actions and a silibinin coprecipitate is used in the case of high dose in the same manner as that of silibinin and silymarin.
