Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject raw material having increased concentration of edible fiber and effective in improving the palatability, taste and flavor of a food by shearing and extracting rice bran, wheat bran, etc.
CONSTITUTION: The objective raw material can be produced by the shearing and extraction treatment of rice bran, wheat bran or corn husk preferably with an extruder, colloid mill or jet mill.
