Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for preparing a hollow double wall molded article made of a thermoplastic resin with no burr by means of a molding method.
CONSTITUTION: A balloon-like molten resin intermediate 24 is formed by means of a die of an extruder and the molten resin intermediate 24 is laid in a mold 25a and after molds 25a and 25b are closed, air is pressurized therein through a needle 26 to perform a blow molding so as to transfer the shape of the cavity of the mold.
