PURPOSE: To obtain a laminate good in close adhesiveness with a coating film and excellent in oxidation stability, by a method wherein a high molecular conductive acetylene polymer is held between thermoplastic resin sheets to be subjected to heating roll processing at a temp. of the m.p. and the softening point or more of said thermoplastic resin.
CONSTITUTION: A high molecular acetylene polymer pref., a fibrous, a film like or a gel like shape) or a high molecular conductive acetylene polymer with conductivity of 10-8W103Ω-1.cm-1 obtained by doping said high molecular acetylene polymer with an electron donor compound such as iodine, arsenic pentafluoride or sulfuric acid or an electron acceptor compound such as sodium or potassium is held between thermoplastic resin sheets comprising polyethylene, polypropylene or the like and subjected to heating roll processing within a temp. range from the m.p. or the softening point or more of said thermoplastic resin to pref. 300°C or less to obtain an objective laminate.
USE: This laminate is useful as an electric.electronic element, the positive terminal active substance of a lithium battery, the electrode material of a secondary battery and a solar cell material.
