Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation method of an uncrosslinked polyethylene- based resin open cell foam having a high open cell ratio and excellent recycling properties.
SOLUTION: This preparation method of a polyethylene-based resin open cell foam comprises shaping a composition obtained by adding 4.4'-oxybis(benzene sulfonyl hydrazide) to a polyethylene-based resin obtained by using a metallocene compound as a polymerization catalyst, heating and forming the composition under normal pressure to form a foam and applying mechanical deformation to the foam to communicate foams.
