Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a multi-layered molded item having high impact resistance and interlaminar adhesive strength and excellent chem. resistance and no staining properties with a contacting liq. by performing a rotational molding of a lamination with a specified layer constitution.

CONSTITUTION: A laminated body wherein at least one surface is made of a layer E is prepd. by laminating layers A, B, C, D and E described below in this order by means of a rotational molding. The layers A, B, C, D and E are respectively a resin layer of an ethylene or propylene polymer having a melt flow rate of 0.3-30g/10min, a resin layer of a modified ethylene or propylene polymer wherein 1×10-3-0.3mol/100g carboxyl groups (including acid anhydride groups) are introduced by a reaction, an adhesive resin layer of fluorovinylidene polymer contg. 1×10-3-0.3mol/100g epoxy groups, a foamed layer of fluorovinylidene polymer foamed by means of melt foaming using an ordinary chem. foaming agent and a resin layer of fluorovinylidene polymer with a thickness of 100μm or thicker.
