Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the compd. by a method wherein a gaseous alkane is passed through a multi-stage catalytic dehydrogenation reactor and flow of the product is taken out from an intermediate reactor and is oxidized or ammo-oxidized and it is cooled to recover a liq. phase contg. an aimed product and the gas phase is treated in a pressure swing adsorption unit and unreacted raw material is circulated.

CONSTITUTION: A gaseous alkane is passed through a multi-stage catalytic dehydrogenation reactor contg. a series of at least three independent catalytic reactor to form an alkene and flow of the product is taken out from an intermediate reactor and is fed into an ammo-oxidation reactor and high purity oxygen, air or a gas with higher oxygen content than that for air and if necessary, ammonia are introduced thereinto and reaction is performed in the presence of an appropriate catalyst to form nitriles or oxides. Effluent from the reactor is coiled to recover a liq. phase contg. an aimed product and the gas phase is treated in a pressure swing adsorption(PSA) unit to form a gas flow contg. an alkane, an alkene and a small amt. of oxygen and nitrogen and it is fed into a reactor following the reactor from which the product is taken out to remove oxygen in the gas flow and it is fed into the original reactor as a circulation flow.
