Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation process of sealant which enables uniform dispersion of a low-viscosity liquid in a high-viscosity sealant in a short time without any mixing of bubbles.
SOLUTION: A low-viscosity liquid B is dispersed in a sealant A using a vibrating agitator. The vibrating agitator has a conduit 5 wherein the sealant A and the low-viscosity liquid B are combined and allowed to flow through and an agitator 6 wherein an agitating blade 6b is established around a shank 6a inserted in the conduit 5. Here, the agitator 6 is established so that it flexibly vibrates along its axial direction.
