PURPOSE: To prepare easily and commonly usable tortoise blood, by incorporating vital blood taken out and accumulated from a snapping turtle in honey, heating the resultant mixture, removing the harshness, mixing the resultant blood, filtering the blood, and encapsulating the filtrate.

CONSTITUTION: Vital blood taken out and accumulated from a snapping turtle is incorporated in honey, and the resultant mixture is heated. The harsness is removed from the mixture, and the resultant mixture is fully mixed, filtered homogeneously and encapsulated to give the aimed tortoise blood. The mixing of the honey eliminiates the peculiar odor and color, and the encapsulation of the mixture into the solid provides the aimed blood, easily drinkable, having retained nourishing and tonic effect of the vital blood of the snapping turtle with eliminated hatred feeling by visal sensation, and commonly usable as a nourishing assistant food suitable to fancy.
