PURPOSE: To take up a layer mainly prepared of a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer without generating winding wrinkles by taking up said layer in the state held between reinforcing polyolefinic resin layers having good slip properties.
CONSTITUTION: A two-layer film consisting of an inner thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer layer and an outer polyolefinic resin layer is molded by an inflation co-extrusion method and folded in a flat shape in such a state that the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer layer is held between the outer polyolefinic resin layers so that the adhesive strength between the inner thermoplastic elastomer layers becomes 100g/20mm or less. Next, the two-layer film is aged until the tensile stress at the time of 100% elongation of the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer layer increases by 10% or more as compared with that immediately after the film is formed and, thereafter, the film is individually taken up while the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer layer is separated.
