Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for the preparatory opening of a fried bean curd for an Inari-sushi (fried bean curd stuffed with vinegared rice) preparation machine, capable of opening a fried bean curd to a prescribed form and effective for improving the preparation efficiency of Inari-sushi having good shape and high quality.
SOLUTION: This opening apparatus is provided with a fried bean curd pressing mechanism 7 placed at a side of the upstream side of a fried bean curd intermittent transfer mechanism 3 in a vertically movable manner as a preparatory stage of a fried bean curd opening mechanism for opening the cut side 2a of a fried bean curd 2 and having a fried bean curd pressing plate 15 to close the opening by pressing the cut side 2a of the fried bean curd 2 on the intermittent transfer mechanism 3 and an air-injection mechanism 8 placed above a side of the upstream side of the fried bean curd intermittent transfer mechanism 3 and having a swinging arm 19 rotatable in vertical direction around an end and an air nozzle fixed to the swinging arm 19 and able to be thrust into and extracted from the fried bean curd 2.
