Abstract:
To readily eliminate a void even when the void occurs in fiber bundle where a resin is impregnated.
A winding bobbin 16 that is used for a manufacturing system of a prepreg fiber 20 concentrically includes winding parts 22a, 22b and 22c with different diameters. The void can be removed by depressurizing by a pressure reducer, the winding bobbin 16 rolling up the prepreg fiber 20 whose bundle is impregnated with the resin to deaerate.
