Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain prepregs with hit marks reduced, excellent surface flatness and no affection on human bodies by flying resin dust and fiber pieces by impregnating the base material with a resin, drying and pressing the whole surface with heat. CONSTITUTION:For example, glass cloth is impregnated with a thermosetting epoxy resin and dried to give a prepreg of 60 to 200mum thickness. The prepreg is hot-pressed between a couple of rotating hot rollers at 75 to 95 deg.C under pressure of 0.1 to 0.5kg/cm<2>, then passed through a couple of cooling rollers to give the subject prepreg. Metal foils are laminated on both sides of the prepreg and hot-pressed to give a metal-lined laminated plate. Another metal- lined laminated plate is stacked on the laminated plate to give a multi-layered printed circuit plate.
