Abstract:

To make a post office staff collect a prescription and deliver a prescription drug by using the collection/delivery route of postal matters by surely managing it, while simplifying a configuration and improving economic efficiency.

A portable terminal 15 owned by a postal office staff reads bar code information printed on a prescription for specifying the prescription and a patient, and stores it in a non-volatile memory, and reads bar code information printed corresponding to a prescription drug prepared by a prescription make-up pharmacy based on the prescription for specifying the prescription and the patient, and stores it in non-volatile memory, and manages delivery confirmation information for each information for specifying the post office staff information and the patient in the non-volatile memory. A post office terminal 4 fetches code information for specifying the prescription and the patient, code information for specifying the prescription drug and the patient, post office staff information and the delivery confirmation information from the portable terminal 15, and manages which post office staff has delivered which patient's prescription to the prescription make-up pharmacy, and which post office staff has delivered which patient's prescription drug in the storage part, and calculates and outputs a margin.
