PURPOSE: To shorten carrying-in time of a work and also to improve the production efficiency by executing the carrying-in of the work while a lower table as vertically movable in a press brake descends from the ascending end to the descending end.

CONSTITUTION: In the press brake 1 for bending the work W by cooperation of an upper die 7 arranged at the lower part of a fixed upper table 5 and a lower die 11 arranged at the upper part of the lower table 9 as vertically movable, a work mounting table 19 and a one sheet work take-up device 21 are integrated in a work carrying-in device 13 at the side part of the lower table 9. Further, a loading device 25 providing a work clamp is integrated at the front of the lower table 9.
