A connecting hole 16 is arranged on a pad 13 which holds down a work W to a bottom die 11 according to an upper die 12 descent. At the one opening end of the hole 16, a guide member 19 having an extrusion hole 17 conforming with a blanking hole 15 of the bottom die 11 is engaged, and a pressing medium 20 composed of an urethane gum is housed inside the hole 16. A pressing pin 21 is engaged slidably to the other opening end of the hole 16 and is pressed into the hole 16 in accordance with the descent of the upper die 12 so that the pressing medium 20 is made to extrude by the pressure from the extrusion hole 17 to make a hole on the work W in cooperation with the blanking hole 15.
