Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variation of intensity for every portion on a molded product in a press die.SOLUTION: A press die molds a molded product by moving a male mold 10 and a female mold 20 so as to approach each other, and pressing a molding material. The press die comprises a stationary mold part 12, a movable mold part 15 and a movement mechanism 40. The stationary mold part 12 is fixed on the male mold 10. The movable mold part 15 is disposed movably in a radial direction on the male mold 10, and on an outer peripheral side of the stationary mold part 12. The movement mechanism 40 moves the movable mold part 15 to an inner peripheral side in linkage to the approach movement of the male mold 10 and the female mold 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
