Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a press die adapted to form a saw-toothed cutter mainly used to pull out synthetic resin wrap film from its taking-up case and cut it to a specified length.
CONSTITUTION: In such a case that a press die to punch products with a combination of male and female dies is formed, the apex 4 of the crest 3 of the male die 1 is acuminated. and a delved part 6 is formed at the part of the valley 5 of the female die 2 facing it to avoid taction with the apex.
